载重轮胎硫化生产过程的故障诊断

Fault Diagnoses of Sulfuration Processionin Heavy-duty Tire Production

对载重轮胎生产过程进行了分析 ,建立了轮胎硫化生产过程的数学模型 ,采用多故障监测滤波器方法实现了轮胎硫化生产过程的故障诊断。对上海载重轮胎厂实际硫化过程采集数据 ,并进行了计算 ,结果证明该方法十分有效。

The paper builds mathematic model of tire sulfuration procession by analyzing production procession, realizes the sulfuration procession fault diagnosis with multi fault diagnosis filter method. The result of simulation based on the data taken from the Shanghai Heavy duty Tire factory has proved that the method is very efficient.
