摘要
针对隧道施工机械用柴油机的有害气体排放 ,设计了一种用不锈钢网带加尿素水混合液作为过滤介质的柴油机排放后处理装置 ,并通过柴油机台架试验 ,分析了此种过滤介质对柴油机有害排放物的过滤特性和机理。这对施工企业降低内燃机械在隧道施工中的有害排放物具有重要的参考价值。
In the light of the noxious emissions from diesel engines in tunnel construction machinery,a aftertreatment system of diesel engine emssions has been developed with stainless steel nets and carbamide as filters.Based on the experimental results of diesel engine,the present paper analyzes the process of particulate trapping and the trapping mechanism.and it is very valuable for construction to control diesel engine emissions of machinery in tunnel.
