主要论述长江口深水航道治理工程从事预研和跟踪监测局部冲淤的研究机制及决策程序; 长江口一期整治工程实施过程中局部地形冲淤的分析与控制; 动态预控治理效果的决策过程, 使实施整治工程时的河床冲淤调整向最有利航槽水深增加的方向发展。
The paper mainly introduces the research mechanism and decision making procedure for prefeasibility study and monitoring of local siltation in the deepwater channel regulation project of the Yangtze Estuary;Analysis and control of local siltation during executing the 1st-phase regulation project of the Yangtze Estuary;Decision making process for dynamic pre-control of regulation effect,based on which,the river bed scouring-siltation-adjustment in executing regulation engineering is most favorable for increasing the water depth of navigation channel.
