颅内血管母细胞瘤23例报告

Report of twenty three cases of intra cranial angioreticuloma

目的：探讨颅内血管母细胞瘤的临床特点和影像学特征，提高诊治水平。方法：结合复习文献对２３例患者的临床表现、ＣＴ和／或磁共振所见、手术疗效进行临床分析。结果：行肿瘤或瘤结节全切除术１７例均痊愈；行大部分或部分切除术６例预后欠佳。结论：认识颅内血管母细胞瘤的临床特点及影像学特征有助于正确诊断及合理治疗；争取手术完全切除肿瘤或瘤结节可永久性治愈，术后肿瘤残留、复发、再发可再次手术或γ－刀治疗。

Objective:To study the clinical and image characteristics of intra cranial angioreticuloma. Methods:Clinical manifestation, CT and/or MR findings of 23 cases of intra cranial angioreticuloma were analyzed and compared to their outcomes after surgical excision. Results:17 patients were healed by total excision of the tumor or the tumorous nodules, while 6 receiving only partial excision of the tumor had poor prognosis. Conclusion:The clinical and image characteristics are important for the diagnosis and treatment of angioreticuloma, which can be cured by total excision of the tumor. Patients can undergo second operation when relapsed.
