On the new measures taken by Taiwan province for SMEs development

20世纪 90年代中后期以来 ,台湾当局适应国际上扶植中小企业的新趋势 ,重点加强中小企业的创业及创业投资培育 ,增强中小企业的研发活力 ,鼓励中小企业策略联盟 ,架构多层次的服务网络。这些新举措对大陆中小企业发展有借鉴作用。

Since the mid-1990s, the Taiwan provincial authority adapts to the new trends of fostering SMEs in the world. The authority takes many new measures such as putting the emphasis on venture program and venture capital, strengthening the SMEs' research and development,encouraging the SMEs' strategic alliance, and constructing multi-level service network. All these experiences will benefit the SMEs in the Mainland a lot.
