摘要
使用 Ti粉、C(石墨 )粉和 Ni粉原位反应内生合成的方法 ,成功获得了 Ni基内生 Ti C强化复合激光熔覆层。研究发现 Ti、C含量对涂层中 Ti C的大小和形貌有较大的影响。偏晶反应是内生 Ti C颗粒出现核心的原因。
In situ reaction synthesis method by application of TiCNi powder was studied in this paper and in situ TiC particles reinforced Nimatrix composite laser cladding layer was successfully obtained. Contents of Ti and C were suggested to have influence on the size and shape of TiC. Cores in TiC particles were result from monotectic reaction.
