用激光技术定量测量涂层/基体的结合强度

Quantitative measurement of adhesive strength by the laser spallation technique

研究用激光层裂技术定量测量涂层 /基体结合强度的机理与实验方法。利用特征线法得出界面处应力的计算公式。实验结果表明 ,采用相关函数与频谱分析 ,可以从测量波形中直接判断出界面的脱粘情况 ,确定界面脱粘的临界状态。

In this paper,the basic theory and the experimental arrangement of laser spallation technique are researched. The stress history at the interface is stimulated. After characterizing the result of the experiment, we obtain two new methods to determine of the threshold laser energy.
