CO_2激光联合明竹欣口服治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

Clinical Observation of Patients with Condyloma Acuminatum Treated by CO_2 Laser Operation in Combination with Valacicori

为评价 CO2 激光联合明竹欣口服治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果。我们在 CO2 激光切除疣体的基础上应用明竹欣口服治疗尖锐湿疣 4 0例 ,结果显示激光切除疣体联合明竹欣治疗尖锐湿疣治愈率达 90 .0 0 %、术后复发率为 10 .0 0 % ,显著优于单纯激光手术组的 64.2 0 % (治愈率 )、35 .80 % (复发率 ) ,且整个治疗过程中未发现明显毒副反应。认为激光手术气化疣体联合明竹欣口服是临床治疗尖锐湿疣较为安全有效的方法。

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of operation on patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) after laser operation in combination with Valacicori.We treated 40 cases of patients with CA with Valacicori on the basis of CO 2 laser operation. Our results indicated that the cure rate of CA by CO 2 Laser operation in combination with Valacicori was obviously higher than simple CO 2 laser operation (90.00% VS 64.20%,p<0.01),but the recurrent rate obviously decreased (10.00% VS 35.80%,p<0.01).No obvious sideeffect was found at the stage of treatment. This findings suppose that laser operation in combination with Valacicori is a safe and effective treatment with CA.
