摘要
应用 Moria旋转式角膜板层刀及固体激光手术系统对 2 69例 (5 0 8只眼 )近视 - 3.5 0 D~ - 16.0 0 D的患者进行 LASIK治疗。术中 ,角膜瓣蒂位置留在鼻上方有 2 95眼 ,留在上方 2 13眼。上刀顺序按先上刀头后吸力环吸引眼球 4 49眼 ,先吸力环吸引眼球后上刀头 5 9眼。角膜并发症 3眼。借助旋转式角膜板层刀 ,可将角膜瓣蒂置于任一象限 ,与只能将角膜瓣蒂置于鼻侧的往复式微角膜切开刀相比 ,旋转式角膜板层刀的切开方式更具有优越性。此外 ,固体激光手术系统最终输出波长为 2 0 7.5 nm的紫外激光 ,避免了有毒气体 Ar F的使用 ,采用分区扫描切削方式 ,无论是从安全的角度还是从治疗效果来看 ,都具有较好的应用前景。
The Moria carriagoBarraguer microkeratome is applied on 269 case,508 eyes with -3.50~-16.00D myopia in LASIK. The corneal flap pedicel is positioned on the noseupper part in 295 eyes,on the upper part in 213 eyes. For the order of attaching the knife,first attach the knife head and then suck the suction ring in 449 eyes,first suck the suction ring and then attach the knife head in 59 eyes. The complications of corneal flap occurred in 3 eyes. By the Moria carriagoBarraguer microkeratome,the position of cornel flap can be selected at will. Compared with toandfro microkeratome,by which the corneal flap pedicel can only be positioned on the nose part,the Moria carriagoBarraguer microkeratome has more advantage.In addition,the last output wavelength of solidstate laser is at 207.5nm,and venomousness gas ArF is avoided. The subarea cutting mode of laser is used. Whether in secure or in treatment,it posses quite fine application foregroud.
