摘要
文章介绍了HP8510C矢量网络分析仪的TRL校准原理和建立微波校准标准的方法，从而使同轴系统的HP8510C也能对非同轴系统（波导、微带、带状线等）微波网络参数进行精密测量。并具体在BJ100波导系统进行了[S]参数的精密测量。
The HP8510C TRL calibration technique and the method of setting up microwave calibration standards,which can be used for accurate measurements in non-coaxial system(such as waveguide, microstrip.stripline etc. )are described. Accurate scattering parameters are measured in BJ100 waveguide system.
