摘要
针对硅钢厂酸洗线上采用 MIG焊的效率低下和焊接问题 ,提出采用激光切割焊接热处理组合工艺对其进行改造的方案 ,并用两种典型的硅钢做组合工艺试验 。
To solve the problem of bad weleing and improve the productivity when MIG is used in the acidwashing line in siliconsteel factory,a improved method composed of laser ctting,laser welding and laser heat treating has beem presented.After theoretical analyse,technics experiments used two typical silicon steel had been made.The study has preliminarily proved feasibility of the presented method.
