摘要
提出一种新型透射式全息带通滤光器 ( HTBF) ,具有纳米级的窄带滤光特性。给出这种新型滤光器的制作工艺过程和实验结果。应用耦合波理论分析其光学性质 。
A novel holographic transmission bandpass filter(HTBF) is proposed in this paper.The characteristics of the filter are analyzed based on the coupled wave theory.We described in detail the manufacturing technique and experimental results for HTBF.The potential application of HTBF is also presented.
