摘要
研究用矩形匀强激光光斑相变硬化处理金属材料的移动热源、机理与模拟计算等问题 ,建立了表面以下各部分材料的最高温度与距表面深度的关系曲线簇。从而可按要求的淬火 (硬化 )层深度等计算确定激光相变硬化处理参数 。
The relationship between highest temperatures of different material layers and its depth from surface is established with a rectangle laser beam of unifom energy density for transformation metal materal.Parameters of laser heat treatment can be determined for a given quenching depth.The results show that the theoretical calculation valuce are identical to the practical test ones.
