摘要
以波长 635nm,输出功率 5m W的单模半导体激光器作为光源 ,应用于以衍射理论为基础的激光粒度仪 ,实现了仪器的小型化、便携式和在线测量。讨论了半导体激光器的特性 ,粒度测试技术中存在的问题及其解决方案 。
In this paper,the laser diode,with wavelength 635nm and power 5mW,is used as the light for particle size measurement,which is ideal for the miniaturization,portability and online measurement of the instrument.The obstacles to the application of laser diode in the laser particle sizer are studied with detail and the solving schemes are proposed after the analyses of the characteristics of the laser diode.The feasibility of Laser Diode is tested by comparative experiments.
