摘要
目的 :探讨光动力疗法 ( PDT)对肿瘤组织杀伤作用及免疫效应的机理。方法 :应用 PDT对 4 0只接种H2 2肝癌的昆明小鼠作杀伤实验 ,对组织形态学、抑瘤率及免疫学指标进行检测。结果 :PDT对肿瘤细胞具有选择性杀伤和抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用 ,激光照射 5天与对照组瘤重分别为 ( 0 .760± 0 .613) g,( 1.951± 0 .82 2 ) g;肿瘤体积为 ( 1.648± 0 .683) cm3,( 3.976± 0 .84 7) cm3,t=5.856,8.973,P<0 .0 1,两组差异有非常显著性。对正常组织无损伤。各免疫指标与对照组差异有显著性。结论 :PDT具有直接杀伤癌细胞、抑制肿瘤组织生长的作用 。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of photodynamic therapy (PDT) on killing tumor cells and immunity effect for H22 hepatomabearing mice.Methods: The experimental study of PDT on antitumor and immunomodulation effect was conducted in 40 Kunming nice wity H22 hepatoma. The histomorphological change,tumorsuppressed rate and immune indexes were observed.Results: Under the light microscope,it was seen that the tumor cells were selectively killed and the tumor growth was suppressed after PDT treatment. However,this Photodynamic therapy hadn't injurred the mormal tissues and organs.After 5 days of Photodynamic therapy,the tumor weight and tumor volume in experimental mice were respectively (0.760±0.163)g and (1.648±0.683)cm 3;in control group,they were separately (1.951±0.822)g and (3.972±0.847)cm 3. There was a significant difference in immune indexes compared with the control group.Conclusion: It is suggested that the PDT can directly kill the tumor cells, suppress the tumor growth and regulate the immunological function for H22 hepatomabearing mice.
