摘要
在市场经济条件下 ,收入分配问题很大程度上应归结为企业所有权如何安排的问题。而企业所有权安排 ,应有利于组织租金最大化 ;最优企业所有权安排 ,应是在完善的要素市场条件下 。
In market economy, income distribution can be concluded as how to arrange enterprises' ownership to a large degree. The arrangement of enterprises' ownership should be fit for the maximum of organization rent. The best arrangement of enterprises' ownership should be the result of contracts willingly made by owners of factors in perfect conditions of factor market.
