摘要
随着我国加入WTO后外贸经营权的逐步全面放开 ,国有外贸企业将面临垄断地位丧失、优惠待遇取消、竞争对手增加、产品实力重要性增强的压力和挑战 ,其目前在规模、制度、营销、组织结构、管理及技术等方面存在的问题又制约着其竞争力。因此 ,进行制度创新、管理创新和营销创新是国有外贸企业增强竞争力 ,应对入世挑战的必然选择。
After China's entry into WTO, the right of importing and exporting will be gradually open to enterprises. Thus, foreign trade enterprises will face the pressure and challenge of losing their monopoly position, of canceling favorable policies and of competing with more rivals. But at present the problems in their scale, system, marketing, organization structure, management and technology restrains their competence. So carrying out system innovation, management innovation and marketing innovation is the inevitable choice for state-owned foreign trade enterprises to strengthen their competence.
