摘要
经济全球化对我国企业的技术进步 ,提出了更高的要求。中国企业应将跨国经营与技术进步有机结合 ,通过跨国并购 ,获取尖端技术 ;通过战略联盟 ,促进企业技术成长。
More requirements for technological progress in enterprises are needed in the globalization. Chinese enterprises should combine transnational management with technological progress, obtain advanced technologies from transnational merger and realize technological growth in enterprises through strategic cooperation.
