The State and Countermeasures for Urban Living Rubbish in China

我国城市生活垃圾存在总量不断增加、构成复杂化、对环境的污染加剧、处置方法不科学、管理体制不合理等问题 ,应该从完善法律体系、征收垃圾处置费、减少垃圾总量、实行分类回收等方面着手解决。

The amount of living rubbish in urban areas is increasing and its composition is becoming more complex, which worsens environmental pollution. But the methods to process living rubbish are not scientific and administrative system is not reasonable. In order to solve these problems, we must improve law system in this field, collect suitable fee to process living rubbish, lessen its amount and reuse it on the base of classification.
