协调发展货币市场和资本市场提高货币政策有效性

Coordinating Development of Currency Market and Capital Market and Increasing Efficiency of Monetary Policies

金融市场是西方发达国家货币政策发挥作用的主要中介 ,这也是现代市场经济条件下货币政策传导的主要方式。但是 ,目前我国的金融市场发展滞后 ,货币市场和资本市场一体化程度不高 ,不能实现对货币政策的有效传导 ,造成了我国近几年来货币政策的低效率。因此 ,我们必须进一步完善货币市场和资本市场。

Finance market is the main media for monetary policies to exert function in developed countries and it is also major way for carrying out monetary policies in modern market. But at present the development of finance market is rather slow, the integration of currency market with capital market is in low degree and monetary policies can not be carried out effectively which has caused low efficiency of monetary policy. So we must improve currency market and capital market further.
