摘要
科学合理的交易制度可以有效地定价和降低交易成本 ,保持市场的流动性、稳定性。我国二板市场现行的委托指令驱动和做市商报价驱动制具有互补性 ,我国应实行混合模式 ,引入做市商制度。
Scientific trade system can fix price and reduce trade cost effectively so that market is stable. On trading market in China, commission-commanding system and offering-price system can inter-act each other. Our country should introduce a combined model.
