本文通过分析环渤海地区近几年吸收外商直接投资的概况和环境优势 ,论述了我国加入世贸组织带来的新机遇 ,进而探索了该地区扩大利用外商直接投资的政策措施。

By analyzing the situation for absorbing foreign direct investment and the environmental advantage in Bohai Area in recent years,this paper expounds the new chance caused by joining the WTO and then explores the policies and measures to further utilize the foreign direct investment in this area.
