在世界经济日益全球化的今天，政府和企业应该重视产业集聚和虚拟企业这两种方式。政府在产业政策层面上应该鼓励产业集聚作用的发挥，企业在微观经营层面上应多注重发挥虚拟企业的优势，两者的结合将是今后产业和企业获得竞争优势的源泉所在。
The govemment should lay due emphasis on industry cluster and virtual enterprises with the increasing globalization of world economy. An exploitation of the great effect from industry cluster should be encouraged in the decision - making process of the government. Enterprises. on the other hand, should focus on taking advantage of the virtual enterprises in the practice of micro operation. A combination of the two models comtitutes the source of the competitive advantages for industries and enterprises in the future.
