摘要
人才国际化是经济全球化的重要特征。经济全球化对我国人力资源开发既带来了积极发展的促进作用,也会有人才流失的消极影响。我国在经济全球化环境下的人力资源开发战略,应该具有宏观指导性,企业的人力资源开发措施应该具有针对性和可操作性。
The internationalization of talents constitutes an important feature of economic globalization. Economic globalization brings about positive effect of promoting the development of our labor resources on one hand, and produces some negative effect of brain drain on the other. The development strategy of labor resources under economic globalization should provide directions in a macro level; the development measures enterprises take in the development of their labor resources should be specific and operable.
