On the Standardization in the Management of the Civilian Economy in Henan Province

新世纪伊始，民营经济管理规范化问题日渐突出。审视河南省民营经济管理的现状，分析存在的问题及问题成因，从而分别提出外部管理规范化和内部管理规范化的对策建议，对河南民营经济参与国际竞争、顺利实现“二次创业”提供一定的参考作用。

There exist a lot of problems in the internal management of the civilian economy in Henan province. We should try to improve the competence of the executives in the government departments and that of the managers in civilian enterprises, realize the modernization of office facilities and establish and perfect the system of tax coliection and that of modern enterprise in order to solve the problems arising in the standardization of the civilian enterprises in Henan province
