摘要
在涉及广告法律制裁的不良广告现象中,广告的误导性、欺骗性和虚假性三者之间既有联系也有区别。对三者区分,主要是为了明确它们应承担的相应的法律责任和对其进行制裁的法律依据。与此同时,对三者之间的区别与联系的说明还有许多更为具体的法律意义。
In those bad advertisements receiving legal punishment, the deceptive, spurious and misleading factors in advertisement are interrelated. A differentiation of the factors is mainly to make clear the legal responsibility they have to bear and the legal basis for the punishment. On the other hand, an illustration on the differences and connections among the three bears an even more important legal sense.
