“入世”后中国反倾销问题的若干思考

Some ideas on the antidumping problem after China's entering the WTO

“入世”以后 ,伴随着我国对外贸易和国内贸易的快速发展 ,中国的反倾销问题有可能渐趋突出并引起关注。因此 ,中国需要对现有的反倾销条例进行修改 ,使其与WTO的规则接轨 ;需要注意有理有节地开拓外贸市场 ,防范可能产生的数量反倾销风险 ;需要认真地规范和指导企业应对反倾销 ,才能最终实现中国对外贸易的稳定和持续发展。

After China enters the WTO,its rapid development of the external and internal trade will make the antidumping problem sharper and more attractive.So China must revise and perfect its antidumping laws and rules according to the rules of the WTO,so as to quicken its pace of connecting itself to the world economy.China must correctly realize and seize the opportunity of developing foreign trade after entering the WTO,expand foreign markets reasonably,profitably and temperately,and guard against any possible quantity antidumping danger.China should also regulate the acts of enterprises,positively guide them to respond to lawsuits on the basis of orderly competition and take every effective measure to deal with foreign antidumping.
