风险投资项目监控问题研究

Controlling about the projects of venture investment

风险投资活动中广泛存在着双重代理关系 ,因此风险投资项目监控必须从两个方面入手 ,一是风险投资家对风险企业的监控 ,二是风险资本所有者对风险投资机构的监控。本文比较分析了国内外监控模式 ,建议在我国风险投资公司中推广积极干预型的监控模式 ,并提出了构建我国风险投资基金财务报告体系的初步设想。

Due to the double-agency relationship in the venture investment behaviors, projects of venture investment have to be controlled in two sides: one is venture investors' controlling the venture enterprises, the other thing is the venture capital owners' controlling of the venture investment institutes. This article analyzes the control models adopted in some countries; puts forward that positive-interference should be applied in Chinese venture investment enterprises. At last the article draws a fundamental blueprint of the financial report system for Chinese venture investment fund
