Abstract:Taking industry's life cycles as the order, the industrial organizational policies of Japan can be divided intosix different types, and, different types of industrial orgaizational polides implemented at different developmentalstages have different results, while, during the implementation of the industrial organizational policies, the idealmodes of the relationships between businesses and the government can only by those in which the leading role of thebusinesses or of the government, depending on the particular characteristics of the particu1ar industries at the partic-ular periods, can enjoy full rein.
