摘要
从理论和实验二方面对一台斗式提升机的输送链销轴断裂机理进行了分析 ,找出了销轴断裂的原因 ,二者结论一致。在材料断裂实验分析方面 ,使用扫描电子显微分析技术及金相组织分析技术 。
This paper analyzes the mechanism of the conveyi ng chain pin breakage in a bucket elevator through both theoretical analysis and experiment, and finds out its breakage cause. Theoretical and experimental resu lts are in good agreement. Electronic scanning microscope and metallographic com positions analysis are used in the experimental analysis of material breakage.
