摘要
连续式振动磨机的主轴轴承是关键易损件之一 ,轴承的寿命直接影响振动磨机在工业中的推广与应用 ,通过对水平和垂直方向受力进行综合校核 ,并对其进行疲劳可靠性分析 ,为现场使用时轴承的拆洗、检查及更换时间提供了理论依据。
The bearing of the main shaft is one of the most valuable elements of a vibration-grinding mill, and the life of bearing affects the application of mill in industry directly. By calculating its alternative fo rce in horizontal and vertical directions, and analyzing its fatigue reliability , we can predict the time for the checking and changing of the bearing in use.
