摘要
根据轿车车身生产的工艺流程 ,分析了车身装配过程中各类信息的特点 ,将其分为 8个方面。针对车身装配的顺序性和层次性特征 ,建立车身装配关系树系统模型 ,利用该结构作为信息管理的组织方式 ,来表达和管理诸如结构、工艺、测量、质量等各类信息 ,实现车身装配过程的结构化信息集成。在此基础上开发了相应的软件 。
This paper introduces a method for the expressio n of the information in autobody assemble process. The method is based on assemb le relationship tree, it can be used effectively to integrate and manage those i nformation. These information are mainly classified into eight categories accord ing to their characteristics, such as the autobody structure information, the pr ocedure information, the measurement information, the quality information, and s o on. The corresponding software, which performs the basic function of the manag ement system, was also developed.
