The applied prospect of functional oligosaccharide is widely in foods,medicines,drinks,additives and plant protection as well,which has brought to the attention of internal and extemal academic and business circles.The production p rocess of extracting oligosaccharide from used liquid of producing bean protein with separating technology by film,and the influence factors on separating are described t o the point in this article.
