摘要
针对含水率在 90 %以上的高含水原油 ,采用液 液旋流预脱水和污水除油新工艺在东辛采油厂辛二接转站进行了现场试验 ,在此基础上 ,将该工艺应用于辛二站改扩建工程 ,于 1996年 11月建成投产了辛二旋流示范站。该站投产以来相继出现了旋流管回油孔堵塞、旋流管腐蚀损坏等问题 ,针对这些问题 ,采取了多项工艺完善配套措施 ,取得成功。同时为进一步提高工艺水平 ,在进行 4 6m3/h改进后的小型装置的现场试验的基础上。改进了原有旋流器 ,使两级旋流器处理后的原油含水率降至≤ 30 % ,污水含油≤ 30mg/l。
In order to improve the separation problem of oil with high water cut above 90%,we hold a spot experiment in new craft of liquid-liquid rotating flow pre separation and take oil out of sewage water in Xin 2 concentrating station belong to Dongxin Production Unit.Accirding to this experiment,we apply this technics to the extension and rebuilding of Xin 2 station and bulit up Xin 2 demonstrating station of rotating flow separation successfully in Nov.1996.Since open up of this station,there have occurred a series of problem,such as rotating flow pipe corrupted and went to decay.For these problem,we adopt multiple consummate support measure and have succeed In the same time,to improve the craft,according to the spot test of improved mini device with 4-6m3/h separating rate,we improved on the former rotating flow separation,reducing the water cut to less than 30%,oil among sewage water is less than 30mg/l.Achieve CNPC′s object of scie ntific research in tackle key problem.
