摘要
进出口联箱是从国外引进后改造的压力容器设备 ,对其进行应力分析和强度评定十分重要 ,但又不能直接套用国外的标准。采用大型有限元分析程序PATRAN、NASTRAN和ABAQUS对其在高温、高压作用下的应力和强度进行了详细的分析与评定 ,结果表明其强度满足我国现行规范的要求。文中的建模、应力分析和强度评定方法可以推广应用到其他设备 ,并为进一步完善我国的压力容器标准提供参考。
In the process of technology introduction and reconstruction, strength estimation of some new equipment has no criterion to follow in our present steeliness pressure vessel criterions. The foreign criterion is not valid for domestic equipment. Famous FEM analysis software (PATRAN, NASTRAN, ABAQUS) is introduced to perform detailed stress analysis and strength estimation on the vessel joint. The membrane,bending and quadric stresses are apart from the total stress. The numerical analysis show that stress criterion is satisfied. With the help of these excellent CAE software, the method illustrated in this paper can be generalized to other new equipment, and our pressure vessel criterion can be improved.
