通过金相分析和力学性能试验等理化检验方法对670t/h锅炉过热器管材的组织状态和力学性能指标进行检验,结果表明该炉过热器管组织和性能劣化,应及时更换。
Presents th e inspection of the boiler overheater tubes for their morphology and mechanical properties through physical and chemical tests,such as metallographic analysis and mechanical performance test,and concludes from test results that these tubes must be replaced in a timely manner for deterioration in both morphology and performance.
