消除PWM逆变器驱动交流电动机长线电缆影响的无源滤波技术

Passive Filtering Techniques to Eliminate the Effect of Long Motor Leads on PWM Inverter-fed AC Motor Drives

PWM逆变器驱动的交流电动机 ,在采用长线电缆传输时 ,会产生一系列问题 ,如电动机端过电压、高频阻尼振荡以及绝缘快速老化等。采用一定的无源滤波技术可有效地解决这些问题。根据滤波器的安装位置 ,可分为电动机端滤波和逆变器输出滤波。分析了长线电缆传输时的电压反射现象 ,论述了三种电动机端滤波器和四种逆变器输出滤波器 ,这些滤波器皆可有效地消除电动机端过电压和高频阻尼振荡等问题。

When long motor leads are used in PWM inverter fed AC motors,there will are be resulted in overvoltage and damped high frequency ringing at motor terminals which contribute to winding failure These problems can be eliminated by some passive filtering techniques According to installation position,the filters can be divided into motor terminal filters and inverter output filters In this paper,voltage reflection is analyzed at first Then,three motor terminal filters and four inverter output filters are discussed These filters all can reduce the overvoltage and ringing at motor terminals
