该文分析了韶关发电厂 9号机丁磨出口轴颈损伤情况 ,说明该磨煤机已不能满足技术要求。介绍了选择该磨煤机强化修复的方案 ,经修复后近两年的运行 ,未出现异常情况 ,说明修复措施正确 ,保证了机组的安全、经济运行。图
The paper reports an investigation on the shaft damage at the outlet of cool mill No.9 at Shaoguan Power Plant, with the conclusion that the mill can't meet technical requirements any more. The paper further reports on how strengthening restoration measures were opted, after which up to now the mill has already run two years without any undesirable abnormalities, thus proving that the repair measures were correct and capable of warranting safe and economic futher operation of the set.
