摘要
介绍我国第 1 台 230 t /h 燃油电站锅炉改烧水煤浆的工程改造、引进水煤浆燃烧器存在的问题。燃烧器改造后,通过配风、水煤浆喷嘴雾化汽压、不同负荷和煤种水煤浆的工业试验表明,燃烧效率达 98.5% 以上;燃用水煤浆时的负荷可在 40%~100% 时稳定燃烧。说明水煤浆是一种有效的代油燃料。
:This paper introduces the problems existing in the conversion retrofit of the first 230 t/h oil-fired boiler to water-coal slurry-fired in China and the application of water-coal slurry burners.After retrofitting of burners,the results of the industrial tests in air distribution,atomizing steam pressures of water-coal slurry with different coals showed that the combustion efficiency of boiler reached more than 98 5%,the boilet,when burning water-coal slurry,could operate stably at 40%~100% loads.It is illustrated that water-coal slurry is an effective substitute fuel for oil.
