The modern public media provides various approaches for the college students to acquiring information and attending social activities. That directs the college students to develop correct outlook on life and value that help the formation of social roles of the college students. However, the public media also have a lot of negative impacts on the college students socializing process. In order to better the cultural environment for the college students socializing, some control by the government, public media, and college authorities is called.
