本文在阐述创新教育是高等职业技术师范教育内在需要的基础上，分析了创新教育与素质之间的关系，指出创新教育是素质教育的核心，并探索实施创新教育的途径。

On the basis of setting forth Tuvovation education is the inner necessarity of higher vocational & technical e-ducation, this article mainly analyses the relationship between innovation education and quality-based education, points out innovation education is the cove of the quality-based education and seeks ways to implement innovation education.
