家蚕血淋巴蛋白的发育变化和BmLSP的纯化

Developmental changes of the proteins in the larval hymolymph of the silkworm and purification of BmLSP

对 1～ 5龄的家蚕幼虫血淋巴取样 ,通过十二烷基硫酸钠 -聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS -PAGE)观察并分析家蚕幼虫血淋巴主要蛋白的发育变化 ,对其中的一种主要蛋白即家蚕幼虫血清蛋白 ,通过硫酸铵沉淀、阳离子交换柱层析。

The larval hemolymph of the silkworm, Bombyx mori was collected from the first instar to the last instar. The developmental changes of the major proteins in it were monitored by SDS-PAGE to learn about the physiological functions of these proteins. BmLSP, one of the major proteins, was purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulfate precipitation, ion-exchange column chromatography and gel permeation chromatography.
