摘要
讨论了二溴羟基苯基荧光桐-钼(Ⅵ)-蛋白质新配合体系的形成条件,在该条件下用摩尔比法测定BSA(Bovine Serum Albumin)与体系形成的配合比为1:42,同时对这一配合体系的形成机理作了进一步探讨。
This paper devotes itself to the discussion about the conditions under which the new complex system of protein (DBHPF) 2 Mo(Ⅵ) is formed. The ratio of BSA to (DBHPF) 2 Mo (Ⅵ) here is 1∶42. Further discussions on the formation mechanism of this new complex system also follow.
