摘要
铁十字秋海棠 (Begoniamasoniana)和蟆叶秋海棠 (Begoniarex)幼叶外植体在MS +BA 2mg·L- 1+NAA 0 .2mg·L- 1培养基中 ,可以诱导出大量不定芽 ,将不定芽转移到1/ 2MS +IAA 0 .2~ 0 .3mg·L- 1或 1/ 2MS +NAA 0 .2mg·L- 1培养基中 ,芽体快速生长 ,叶片壮大 ,同时可以看到不定根的分化 ,如此得到生长健壮的试管苗 .将根芽健壮的试管苗出瓶移植 ,小苗正常发育 .多次移栽表明 ,保持小苗周围空气湿润 ,栽培基质通气良好是移栽成功的关键 .
The young leaf explant of Begonia masoniana and Begonia rex was used for adventitious bud induction.When explant was cultured onto MS+BA 2?mg·L -1 +NAA 0.2?mg·L -1 medium,a lot of adventitious buds differentiated directly from the surface of explant.The bud became vigourous and could be induced to differentiate adventitious root when transplanted onto the medium of 1/2MS+IAA 0.2~ 0.3?mg·L -1 or 1/2MS+NAA 0.2?mg·L -1 .In this way,the strong whole plantlet formed and could be transfered out of the bottle to be planted into a pot.It is important to keep moisture around the plantlet and gasy in the culture medium for the healthy growth of the plantlet.
