克咳散治疗百日咳206例

CLINICAL EFFECT OF KEKESAN FOR 206 CASES OF PERTUSSIS

用克咳散治疗小儿百日咳 2 0 6例 ,服药 7d后 ,结果为 :痊愈 1 2 8例( 6 2 .1 % ) ,有效 6 5例 ( 31 .55% ) ,无效 1 3例 ( 6 .31 % ) ,总有效率 93.6 9%。疗效显著优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5)

Two hundred and six cases of pertussis were treated with kekesan. The result showed that 128 of 206 cases were recovered from pertussis (cure rate:62.14%), 65 of 206 cases effective (effective rate:31.55%), and another 13 of 206 cases ineffective after 7 d of treatment; total efficiency was 93.69%. The effect of kekesan was obviously higher than that of control group ( P <0.05).
