摘要
研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定草酸 -盐酸羟胺土壤浸出液中的铝 .对灰化温度、原子化温度以及土壤浸出液中盐酸羟胺、草酸、铁、钠、钾、钙对测定铝的影响进行了试验 .结果表明 ,当灰化温度和原子化温度分别为 1 5 0 0℃和 30 0 0℃时 ,用硝酸镁作为基体改进剂 ,能有效的抑制背景吸收 .在测量体系中 ,上述共存成分均不影响铝的测定 .对四个土样和三个合成样中的铝进行了测定 ,RSD%≤ 8.2 ,回收率在 90 %~ 1 0 4 % .检出限为 0 .0 1 3mg/ L.
Aluminium extracted from soil by oxalic acid-hydroxylamine hydrochloride extractant is determined with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The background interference is restrained effectively by means of adding Mg(NO 3) 2 matrix modifier and optimizing temperature program of graphite furnace. The ashing temperature is 1500 ℃.The atomization temperature is 3000 ℃.The detection limit is 0.013 mg/L. The recoveries of standard addition are 90%~104% with RSD≤8.2% .The experimental results show that the concomitants including oxalic acid, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, Fe, Mg, Ca, K and Na in soil extract have no effect on the determination.
