运动训练对人体血清中ROS、GSH、GSH-PX影响的研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了探讨有氧运动训练和无氧运动训练对人体在不同功能状态下活性氧 (ROS)生成及其清除体系中还原型谷胱甘肽 (GSH)含量和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH -PX)活性的影响 ,分别对 12名从事有氧运动训练和 12名从事无氧运动训练的高水平运动员及其 12名普通大学生进行了相关指标测试 ,结果发现∶安静状态时 ,有氧训练组的GSH含量明显低于无氧训练组和对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ROS、GSH -PX活性无组间差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;定量负荷后 3项指标均无组间明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;力竭性运动后 ,有氧训练组GSH含量又明显低于无氧训练组和对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而GSH -PX活性则显著高于无氧训练组和对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) .无氧训练组与对照组间于三种不同状态下无组间明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) .由此表明 ,运动训练对机体ROS代谢水平无明显影响 ,有氧训练能有效降低血清中GSH含量 ,提高机体力竭性运动后血清中GSH -PX的活性 。 The correlative target of the aerobic training group?the anaerobic training group and the control group have been determined respectively in three states of different function so as to probe the influences of aerobic exercise training and anaerobic exercise training on reactive oxygen species,return glutathione and glutathione peroxidase in blood serum. The results indicate that GSH Content in aerobic exercise group is much lower than that in anaerobic group and in control group,there is no difference for ROS?GSH-PX between groups in rest;three targets hasn't difference in between groups in fixed load ;GSH Content of aerobic exercise group is much lower than the anaerobic group and the control group,GSH-PX activity of aerobic exercise group is much higher than the anaerobic group and the control group after exhaustive exercising. It can be seen from above that exercise training can not obviously affect ROS,but, aerobic exercise training can obviously reduce GSH content and increase GSH-PX activity in exhaustive exercising in blood serum. The mechanism isn't clear yet.
