深化教学改革 ,提高教学质量是时代的要求。而推进改革 ,必须以思想观念转变为先导。高校干部教师要在发展观、适应观、价值观、人才观、特色观、教学观、课程观、学生观等八个方面转变思想观念的基础上 ,深化教学内容与课程体系改革、开展教育教学研究 ,以启动“新世纪高等教育教学改革工程”为契机推进教学改变 ,加强对改革的领导与制订配套政策等 ,保证教学质量的稳步提高。
