The KMT-CPC Relation in the Jiangnan Area in Anti-Japanese War

本文阐述了抗战时期国共实现第二次合作的时代背景 ,既联合又斗争的关系 ,以及这种关系在江南地区的特殊性 ,指出以中国共产党为领导的坚决抗战路线得民心 ,以蒋介石为代表的国民党顽固派消极抗日 ,积极反共反人民的路线失民心。

This paper analyses the background of the second cooperation between KMT and CPC in the Anti-Japanese War,the controuersy of union and struggle,and the special nature of this relation in the Jiangnan area.It points out that the anti-Japanese policy of the CPC was strongly supported by the Chinese people while the policy of passive anti-Japanese invasion and active counter-communist and counter-people advocated by KMT with Jiang Jie-shi as the chief representative was totally unwelcome by the whole country.
