摘要
对中国国有企业劳动人事制度沿革的再分析是研究中国人力资源管理的基础性课题。本文以我国的价格改革进程为主要线索 ,探讨了我国国有企业劳动人事制度从完全的“依附”型逐步向“流动”型变革的过程。本文认为 ,除了我国市场经济体制的进一步完善以外 。
Reviewing the changes of the personnel system of China's SOEs in the past twenty years is a fundamental work for Chinese HRM research.In line with the progress of China's price reform,firstly we analyse the process of changes of SOEs'peronnel system in past twenty years.In addition to the China's economic reform,we think the globalization of world economy and the rapid progress of production technology will play more and more important role in the reform of Chinese SOEs'personnel system.
